Inside the demonstration

See the evidence take shape.

Fictional carriers and synthetic decisions. These counts describe the demonstration book, not live carrier adoption.

Follow recorded inputs through deterministic rules, cited findings, and a case file for human review.

Bring your review questions.

Insurers and contributors join RegBench by invitation and sign in with their work email. Simulations use synthetic scenarios; joining does not connect a live decision feed.

One evidence trail. Three perspectives.

The carrier

Explore how recorded facts become a cited assessment, a FLAG or HOLD review queue, and an evidence export. The demonstration uses token references in place of raw personal data.

Case files · Exam packs

The examiner

Inspect exhibit-structured packs, verify a ledger hash chain, and sample synthetic cases by model. Coverage gaps and source verification status remain visible.

Examiner workbench · Ledger

The carrier's agents and vendors

Follow a demonstration of the Model Context Protocol: submit recorded facts, inspect findings, and prepare a case file for compliance review. No language model determines the findings.

Agent demo · MCP server

Fixed identifiers used in the walk-through. Each exercises a different regime: Texas prompt-payment and human-review expectations, Texas utilization review, Colorado's amended ECDIS regulation, New York's Circular Letter No. 7, the federal FCRA notice, and the NAIC bulletin where a state adopted it.

No black-letter rule covers these cells yet (only advisory doctrine); decisions there pass by absence, and the pack says so.
Findings
Deterministic. No language model produces a finding. Judgment-layer rules are advisory and can never suppress a black-letter finding.

Rules, corpus and coverage map

What RegBench is not. It does not approve, deny, rate or settle anything, and it is not legal advice. A HOLD means "hold for the carrier's compliance review". The carrier's compliance officer remains the decision-maker on every transaction; the regulator remains the only authority on what the law requires.
