Operator sign-in
The admin key is also the operator sign-in: recording assessments, reviews and exam packs from the console needs it, and it unlocks the live agent demo. Reading the console never does. The admin area itself (insurer directory, tenant activation) is internal and not part of the regulator demonstration.
Set with the REGBENCH_ADMIN_KEY environment variable; the prototype default is rb_admin_demo.
