What this portal does

The portal accepts insurer pilot registrations and opt-in contributor calibrations. It offers fixed synthetic review rehearsals. Registration does not activate a consumer decision feed, verify regulatory status, or establish NAIC support.

Information stored

Accounts store your name, email, organization, professional information, stated scope, reviewer preference, and a password hash. Contributor records store scenario responses, priority ratings, profile revisions, consent status, and verification notes. Sessions and account actions are logged. Authentication rate limits use hashed identifiers. Hosting access logs may contain network addresses.

Who can see it

You can access your workspace and saved calibration. Authorized portal administrators can review registrations and calibration responses. After consent and verification, insurers can see a published profile name and use its derived priority order. Written calibration responses and contact information are not published in the reviewer directory. A profile is a limited simulation and does not speak for its contributor or employer.

Keep confidential information out

Use the provided synthetic cases. Do not enter consumer information, nonpublic examination material, employer-confidential documents, credentials, or records you are not authorized to share. Real carrier data requires a separate agreed scope, identity checks, security review, and data-handling arrangements.

Consent, correction, and withdrawal

Contributors may save a private draft, request publication, download their current responses, revise the profile, or withdraw publication consent in their workspace. Withdrawal removes the profile from new selection and rehearsals. Revising a published profile also requires a new review. Saved records, verification records, and prior action logs are retained; withdrawing publication is not deletion of those records.

Account support and retention

Before wider carrier onboarding, the operator must provide a monitored support and privacy contact, an approved retention schedule, email verification, and account recovery. This initial portal does not offer automated password recovery. Do not register confidential pilot material until the operator has provided those arrangements.

Professional status and affiliations

Current and former regulator status is self-reported until checked. Contributions are in a personal capacity unless a separate authorization establishes otherwise. Holly, Sammy, and Cynthia are proposed contributors awaiting authorization; no digital twins or attributed opinions are currently provided for them.
